Meet Nonna Maria Antonietta

Magna che è BONO - Eat, because it's delicious. Is a phrase that Nonna Maria Antonietta often said in her Umbrian dialect to her family. It was in her busy kitchen where many of the dishes Bono Trattoria serves were taught. So we say bono her way. She represents all of our Nonna's that taught us love. Love for our family and love for delicious food.

We made reservations for five of us and we had such a wonderful time. Our server followed up with us periodically. We started with the fried calamari which was a little bit more on the spicy side, bruschetta, and beet and goat cheese salad. We also shared the eggplant bruschetta special, Parma pizza, margarita pizza and the dulce de leche lava cake which was uuuuuhmazing.

My husband and I decided to order in due to the storm forecast. But we are pleasantly surprised with an outstanding dinner delivered! We have Bono another try after it opened several years ago. So glad we did and it was the best dinner to celebrate our 25th yr anniversary! The octopus carpatio was superb. Best milianese Chicken ever, flavorful n juicy! I had the Beet salad with shrimp. So good. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

A cozy spot with delicious food and friendly service. We were 2 people and ordered a pizza, soup, and a few different pastas - plenty of food - but didn't leave feeling overly stuffed or sluggish afterwards like you might feel after a carb-heavy meal. Probably means the flour they use is good quality stuff. Very kid-friendly as well. Definitely worth checking out!

The little tomatoes, slightly roasted, burst with sweetness and added a lovely freshness to each bite.
